If my Great Grandfather had a son in 1900 by a woman that he never married, then went on to marry someone in 1904 she died and he remarried again in 1921, which one of these three woman is my true Great Grand mother? Thanks in advance.

Hello Dian

You need to work back systematically from yourself to your parents and then to their parents and their parents using birth and marriage certificates to make sure you have the correct person / couple in each generation.

If any of them were far enough up the social scale to have left a Will then that is an excellent way of checking that you have the correct person because the person leaving the Will hopefully mentions the names of their children which should fit with your other research.

It also helps to establish the names of brothers and sisters in each generation to ensure they fit like putting a jig saw puzzle together.

The 1901 and 1911 census will help you to establish family groups, both the correct ones and the ones which belong to another family.  Hopefully sometime later this year the 1939 National Register will become available on Find my Past and this will be similar to a census so again it will help you to tie family groups together.
