I am researching the family of Thomas CORSER who according to the 1891 census was born approx 1865 at Rodington shropshire while the 1901 census shows his birth date around 1866.  He died 26 Dec 1921 in Leicester. He was married to Jane Elizabeth Massey (from Birmingham) in 1886 and they had their first daughter Edith Jane Corser in Leicester in 1887.  I cannot locate Thomas' birth or any notification in the 1871, or 1881 census.

Hopefully someone can provide a lead on his parents, siblings if any etc

Thanks, John.

Hi John, I was intrigued by the possibilities of a miss-spelling here, so searched for variants of CORSER born in Shropshire in the 1881 Census and bingo(?) there is a Emily CARSER Aged 21 born Redington, SAL (which doesn't exist!) looking at the original page it could well be CORSER and Rodington. This was as  Servant Cook at 1 Wood St, St Johns, Birmingham, WAR.
Looking on the 1861 Census, I found Emily CORSER aged 1 living with parents James & Sarah at Withington. Emily & Sarah shown as born High Ercall (very close to Rodington) and James born Peplow, SAL.
Then by searching phonetically on the 1871 Census  I found Emily with siblings Thomas, John, Eliza, Charles & Harry with parents James & Sarah CAWSER! living in Rodington.
