The same information is now available on the Find my Past subscription web site - select Shropshire as the location and Shropshire Quarter Sessions as the Record Set then enter the name you are searching for.
Searching for your relative there are five possible entries for Susannah and Susannah Elizabeth which appear to be the same person with various references like QR570 Entry No: 150. One entry does give the additional information that she was the wife of (W/o) William.
