Hi, further to my last post about John CRANSTOUN, does anyone know the history of Stanford House, 15 Broad street Ludlow. I am hoping to visit Ludlow and I didn't want to knock on the door of someone's private house, I know many of the houses in Broad street are now businesses.

Looking on Google Street View it appears that 15 Broad Street, Ludlow is most likely a private house.
If you wish to visit the house it would probably be a good idea to send a letter to the address explaining briefly what your interest is and asking it you could possibly call during your visit to Ludlow on (date). Do include your telephone number and email address.
