Events to look forward to!

As Spring starts to show its face and the daffodils are dancing in the wind we are looking forward to a number of events in the coming months.
We have our usual programme of monthly talks coming up. There is also an extra Saturday morning session in June, in partnership with the Family History Society of Cheshire, when Dr Sophie Kay will join us to give us some ideas of 'Walking with our Ancestors: Mapping Strategies for Genealogists'. Our Talking Family History and DNA SIG online groups continue with good conversation, sharing of ideas and help with research queries - new members are always welcome.
We are working across the border with the Family History Society of Cheshire, with two 'Brick Walls without Borders' sessions where you can bring your research queries to see if there might be some help our there.
Our Talking Family History LIVE event is on Saturday 9 May with an interesting mix of talks, the launch of our SFHS HUB and the chance to meet with friends to talk about all things family history. Details can be found on the Events page.
Hopefully we will see you at some of them.
