John HAMLET March 1848/Oct 1907 married Mary Elizabeth AUSTIN December 1855/December 1934 on 23 November 1879 - they were my Great Grandparents.

Hi my 4x great grandfather Samuel Wood was born in Bayston in 1766, but i can't find the exact farm he occupied in Bayston. He was a Farmer through the late 1700s to the early 1800s. If anyone could guide me to where I may find out the exact Farm I would be grateful, regards Garry.
Hi, I recently joined the SFHS, and am trying to trace my great-aunt Eliza Catherine Yeomans. She was born 24 Mar 1882 in Shrewsbury, daughter of Martha Crowder (my great grandmother) and William Henry Yeomans. But due to dire circumstances Eliza and her mother became inmates of Atcham Union Workhouse, Berrington, in 1887, where Martha died the following year. Eliza herself last appears in the 1891 Census as a 9-year old inmate of the Workhouse.
I have been unable to positively identify her on any subsequent records, and I wondered if there might be any discharge records available from Atcham Workhouse. I live in Cheshire and am unable to visit the Record Office in person. Eliza's family story is complex and heart-breaking, and I would love to know what happened to her. Any help or information would be much appreciated, Thanks.

Could this be her? On the 1901 census there is a Kate Yeomans, age 18, Kitchen Maid Servant, born in Shrewsbury. At Rodbaston Hall, Penkridge District.
