Hi, if you are eligible and haven't already sent in a Gift Aid Declaration Form then please print one out and fill it in and then send it to us.
Also on that same sheet is also the most up to date Standing Order Mandate for UK Banks, if you haven't already filled one of those in to change from £7 to £10.
