Shropshire BMD is now open to the public. Initially it has only marriages online, but I hope that births and deaths will follow soon.
The recommended route to it is via the UKBMD site :
http://www.UKBMD.org.uk/localbmd but if you wish to access it directly it is at http://www.ShropshireBMD.info/
Note that it's ".info" at the end and not the more usual ".org.uk"
