I am trying to locate the birth/baptism of Thomas LETTERS. He died in Shrewsbury in January 1835 aged 69 so would be born approx 1766.
He married ELizabeth MARSTON in Shrewsbury St Mary's in 1797 and after Elizabeth's death subsequently married Martha MARSTON (presumably her sister?) in Stapleton.
I have the baptism of a number of children from both marriages but cannot trace Thomas himself.
I also haven't got the baptisms for ELizabeth & Martha MARSTON yet though there seem to be several in Bishop's Castle area.

An update to this. The MARS(T)ON family seem to be from Condover Parish.
However, I have still not yet found any trace of Thomas LETTERS prior to his marriage. Some other variations used in the Parish registers for the baptism of his children are LATTER and LATEWARD, though LETTERS is the version mainly used. He would have been born approx 1766.
