I updated my standing order with the piece of paper sent on the journal before last and I see my bank has very kindly paid the old sub as well as the new sub. i.e. I have just paid 2 subscriptions. Has anyone else had the same problem? Is it my bank, have I done something wrong or was the form wrong????????? I have not yet attempted to contact the bank -
I'm afraid that's the bank, Jackie. You do need to contact them, but obviously we will arrange a refund. I shall be checking all the standing order payments over the next week or so and I will be in touch with any other member in a similar position.
