I would guess the clue is in the name as the surname appears to be written BINNELL MASON.
Sometimes an Illegitimate child is given the father's surname as a second forename but in this case it seems likely that MASON is probably the father's surname.
If the father was brought before the Parish Poor Law Overseers to make him pay towards the upkeep of the child it may be possible to find something in the parish records but this would almost certainly need a visit to Shropshire Archives to research it. With the date and place of baptism it should be reasonably straight forward but if you can't visit the archives yourself then Shropshire Archives can provide a paid research facility or it may be possible to find a local researcher who could do it for a fee.
