You cannot order a birth record from 1818. Civil Registration in England and Wales didn't start until 1837 and a few years later in Scotland.
The only record you might find for 1818 is a Baptism entry in a local church register but to do this you need to know the church. You may be able to find the correct church through the free Family Search web site where you need to click the Search button. You may also be able to find it through one of the commercial web sites but here you will need to pay for the information.
If you can find the correct church then it is most likely that the parish register for 1818 will be in the local archives office so that is where you should apply for a copy.
