I am looking for Robert OWEN/s born in Shrewsbury 1868/9. From his marriage cert I got his father as Edward OWEN, occupation labourer. I can't get any further than this. I've struggled to find Roberts birth.
I do, however have his army records. On there it states his father Edward OWEN as next of kin, living in Mardol in Dec 1886 in the Parish of St Mary's. Robert at this time was 18yrs and 2mths which means he would have been born in OCT 1868. It also states that he was a farm labourer. I am hoping that someone may know this family as its the only side I'm struggling with. thanks
