Hello! It's been a while since I've posted on here but it's good to be back!!

I'm having trouble locating online parish records for Holy Trinity church, MEOLE BRACE for late 1700s --mid 1800s. RAMSELL is the family line I am currently researching. I live in Seattle, USA so only have online research capabilities. In particular looking for evidence of James RAMSELL marrying  Martha (?) c 1800, death of James RAMSELL, and subsequent marriage of Martha to a Thomas RAMSELL.

Thank you!

CORRECTION to first post: Martha married Thomas RAMSELL first and then James.

I have index info -- Pallot's Marriage Index  + a reference cited in FamilySearch.org England Marriages index but looking for an actual document or listing in the parish records that I can view for myself to verify it is the correct RAMSELL line.

Hello Joy

Images of the original Holy Trinity Meole Brace parish records (up to 1900) are available on the Find my Past subscription web site.

To search for Shropshire records put Shropshire in the search box at the top of this page and a list of available records will appear below.  (**)

Click on the record type you want to search then put the details in some of the various boxes.  To start I would probably just put the surname RAMSELL and tick the name variants box below then put Meole Brace in the place box and click search at the bottom. This will give you a quick feel for the name in the parish then you can go back using the 'Edit search' button and put in extra detail a bit at a time to limit the results.

(**)  When the list of available records is displayed click on 'Shropshire, Parish Registers Browse, 1538-1900' near the bottom and put Meole Brace in the parish search box then click on Meole Brace when it appears below the box.  The resulting list will tell you the years covered for each set of registers.
