I'm looking for any information about the KENNARD/KENHARD family mainly from Cleobury Mortimer area and some other surrounding villages.
I'm currently compiling my family tree on Ancestry.co.uk.
My maternal grandfather was William Henry Charles KENHARD born in Ludlow 1912.
Hi lineage is:
His parents:
William Sebastian Albert KENHARD - born 1889 Ludlow - 1962.
Annie Maria Jones - born 1889 Tenbury Worcs. -1957
His grandparents:
William John KENHARD - born 1865 Cleobury Mortimer - 1949
Mary Jane Hall born - 1865 Bitterly - 1949
His great grandparents:
John KENNARD - born 1843 in Burford - 1928 in Cleobury Mortimer
Mary Maria Davis(Davies) - born 1847 - 1896 Cleobury Mortimer
His great great grandparents:
Henry KENNARD - born 1810 Burford - 1884 Cleobury Mortimer
Elizabeth? - born 1813 Burford
The latter dates are not as certain because records were not so clear so its best guess.
Any information relating to the KENNARD/KENHARD families from this area would be inetersting.
