Would somebody be kind enough to look at the 1851 census entry for Ann Westwood, aged 80, Refiner?

She is living in Birmingham, St Martin,  but was born in "Newpool" Shropshire, according to the print. However, if you look at the original image it doesn't look like "Newpool" to me, though I can't work out what it might be instead.

Household schedule number: 98
Piece: 2056
Folio: 295
Page Number: 27

I'd appreciate any help.

Hello

My first thought is that the place name is Newport in the NE of Shropshire but the first letter is written in quite a strange manner and there appears to be something written after what would be the 't' of Newport. However I think you will find this is the correct place.

Looks like Newport to me.

Steve

PS - Mike beat me to it! Yes, the 'N' is a bit ornate, compare it with the N in what I presume to be Norfolk a little further down the page. I have Westwood cousins at Newport, though whether or not they connect with Ann's husband is another matter.
