Jill Burton Education Officer at Erddig and Chirk Castle. Born and raised in the Midlands, Jill has lived in the Wrexham area for the last 35 years. Originally a primary school teacher she then became a college lecturer in early years education and has worked for The National Trust for 17 years. She was appointed in the early days of the National Curriculum to develop education programmes at Erddig and Chirk Castle in line with teachers requirements
